This family-run house offers restful nights and genuine products, including mountain honey from the family’s own apiary, as well as home-made jams and elderberry juice, that you can taste, upon request, in a generous breakfast basket.

Another strong point is an ample outdoor leisure area that consists of a lawn with sun loungers, a barbeque, a playground with slide, swing, sandbox and trampoline, a kitchen garden where you can get aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables and even a rabbit corner where you can pet these pretty animals. All of it framed by the splendid ridges of the Gardenaccia massif, Sass dla Crusc and Lavarella.

Ciasa Lisüra Apartments in Badia radiate a family-like and cosy atmosphere. They are called after the Ladin names of flowers preferred by local bees for collecting mountain honey. All of them are perfectly-kept spaces that unite traditional elements with modern ones and can accommodate from 2 up to 9 guests . Every apartment has its own design and highlights. But the keyword is always comfort . The concept is reinforced by the wide range of facilities , that include a complete set of bed linen and towels, free WI-FI, TV/SAT, underfloor heating, free use of a shared washing machine, outdoor private parking and garage (limited availability), ski-room with a ski boot dryer. Besides, you can order fresh bread delivery in the morning or a rich breakfast basket , including white and wholemeal bread, milk, tea, jam (home-made), butter, elderberry juice (home-made), yoghurt, seasonal fruit, smoked sausage and coffee.

Ciüf Ghel Apartment

This charming modern-style studio apartment is composed of a double bedroom and a kitchenette equipped with electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Available upon request: microwave oven, toaster and drip coffee-maker. The bathroom features shower, WC, bidet, heated towel rails and hairdryer.

This rustic two-room apartment overlooking Sass dla Crusc is designed in the traditional Ladin style with wood furniture made of timber originating from the owners’ own forest. The apartment is composed of a double bedroom and a separate kitchen with a living area featuring a double sofa-bed. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Available upon request: microwave oven, toaster and drip coffee-maker. The bathroom features shower, WC, bidet, heated towel rails and hairdryer.

Jalvà Apartment

Communicating with Crespula Apartment. Up to 5 guests if rented together with Crespula Apartment.
This Alpine-style studio apartment features wood furniture made of timber originating from the owners’ own forest. The apartment is composed of a double bedroom and a kitchenette equipped with electric hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Available upon request: microwave oven, toaster and drip coffee-maker. The bathroom features shower, WC, bidet, heated towel rails and hairdryer. In front of the apartment there is an outdoor terrace with a table, a bench and a splendid view over the Gardenaccia massif.
The apartment’s layout allows to connect it to Crespula Apartment, transforming the two separate spaces into one ample apartment for 4-5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Communicating with Jalva Apartment. Up to 5 guests if rented together with Jalva Apartment.
This spacious studio apartment is furnished using restored antique wood from the owners’ mountain huts. The room is composed of a double bed, a single bed and a kitchenette with gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Available upon request: microwave oven, toaster and drip coffee-maker. The bathroom is equipped shower, WC, bidet, heated towel rails and hairdryer. The apartment features large windows and an access to a private terrace with a table, a bench and a marvellous view over the ridges of Sass dla Crusc and Lavarella, ablaze with the last rays of sunset.
The apartment’s layout allows to connect it to Jalva Apartment, transforming the two separate spaces into one ample apartment for 4-5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
2-3 persons

Mountain Panoramic Suite “Ciüf dl Tonn”

This charming family-size apartment for 2-9 people has been built using the wood of old barns, to maintain the link with the rural world of the past and with the Ladin traditions. The warm colors of the furnishings, the stones and the various types of wood make the atmosphere particularly comfortable and pleasant. The real value of the apartment is, finally, the furnishings of the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and with hand-made furniture, using the precious Swiss stone pine cut into the woods of the place. It is scientifically proven that the scent of Swiss pine helps the heartbeat, relaxes and promotes sleep. The living room is also very cozy, with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette with all the necessary accessories. It also has a second level that can be used as a play corner for children or as a third bedroom. The very spacious apartment on the third floor offers a splendid view towards Santa Croce, thanks also to the large windows and the balcony on the east side of the building.

General conditions

All prices are indicated per person per day and include: VAT, bed linen and towels, WI-FI connection, shared washing machine, outdoor private parking or garage (limited availability), ski room with a ski boot dryer. Besides, you can order fresh bread delivery in the morning or a rich breakfast basket with sweet and savoury specialities 

The prices don’t include the tourist tax of EUR 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the arrival day until 9:00 a.m. on the departure day.

Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of a confirmation deposit. The deposit should be transferred to the following bank account:

To settle the final bill you can use cash (up to EUR 4800), bank transfer and bank cheques. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Upon prior agreement, we accept pets, provided that the pets’ owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.

Quiet and panoramic location

Ciasa Lisüra Apartments enjoy a quiet and panoramic location in Pedraces district of Badia village. The house is surrounded by nature, yet it is easy to reach: following the state road of the Badia Valley (SS244), turn towards Pedraces Street next to the Town hall of Badia (Ciasa de Comun). Keeping to the left at the first junction, you’ll arrive in Runcac Str. that will take you to Hotel Gran Ander. Right in front of the Hotel, turn left towards Pantansarè street. Proceed uphill and turn left in front of the House Aria d’bosch. The next house that you’ll see on your right, is Ciasa Lisüra.

The centre of Badia is reachable within a 5-minute walk, while Santa Croce chairlift is just 10 minutes’ walk away. All around the house you will find numerous hiking trails that lead towards Sompunt Lake, Dla Lunch Lake and to the Gardenaccia massif, part of the Nature Park Puez-Odle.

Alta Badia: in summer and in winter

A multifaceted universe

A land of untouched landscapes and ancient traditions, Alta Badia is fascinating in any season.

In winter, it’s an infinite carousel of ski slopes: 130 km of runs for any difficulty level (the nearest ski slopes of Santa Croce are just 400 m away from Ciasa Lisüra Apartments). On top of that, at your disposal there are direct connections to other 500 km of Dolomiti Superski area, with such amazing ski tours as Sellaronda and the First World War Tour. And those who would like to discover the most unusual and unique spots, can explore Alta Badia through snowshoeing, freeride and ski mountaineering.

In summer Alta Badia turns into a multi-coloured paradise that can be explored in so many ways: trekking and hiking, road cycling and mountain biking, free climbing and fixed rope routes, paragliding and hang gliding, cultural and gastronomic events… the list is actually almost infinite. Immerged in wonderful natural scenery,in the shade of giant pine trees, Ciasa Lisüra Apartments in Badia are a great starting point to discover, on foot or by mountain bike, the nearby Nature Parks Puez-Odle and Fanes-Sennes-Braies, as well as the charming villages of Alta Badia with their rich cultural life (the centre of Badia village as well as the public bus stop are just 300 m away).
